Delete Your Data

ArtRoll (developer: ArtRoll) gives you control over your data directly inside the app. You do not need to delete your whole account to remove specific content you've added.

Delete an individual artwork log

1. Open the artwork entry in your Journal
2. Tap the entry to open its details
3. Tap Delete and confirm

This permanently removes that journal entry, including your rating, note, and photo, from our servers.

Delete a review

1. Open the artwork or venue page where you left a review
2. Find your review and tap Delete
3. Confirm the deletion

Delete a comment

1. Open the comment thread where you posted
2. Tap Delete next to your comment
3. Confirm the deletion

Delete your entire account and all associated data

You can delete your entire account, including your profile, all journal entries, reviews, comments, likes, follows, and messages, directly within the app:

1. Open ArtRoll and go to your profile
2. Tap Edit profile
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section
4. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit

This deletion is immediate and permanent — your account cannot be recovered, and you will not be able to sign in again with the same credentials.

If you're unable to access the app for any reason, you can also email info@myartroll.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account," and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

What is retained

Some minimal records (such as aggregated, non-identifying analytics) may be retained after deletion as permitted by law. No personally identifying content, photos, or account data is retained after a completed deletion request.
