By creating an account or using ArtRoll, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
ArtRoll has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, content that exploits or endangers minors, impersonation, spam, and any content or behavior intended to harm, degrade, or abuse another person.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal of the offending content and, at our discretion, permanent removal of the responsible account from ArtRoll.
ArtRoll provides tools for users to report objectionable content and to block abusive users directly within the app. Blocking a user immediately hides their content from your feed and notifies our team for review.
We review all reports of objectionable content and take action — including removing content and, where appropriate, ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours of a report being submitted.
When using ArtRoll, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases involving objectionable content or abuse of other users.
You retain ownership of the content you post (journal entries, photos, reviews, comments, and messages), but you grant ArtRoll a license to display that content within the app as part of its normal functioning, including to other users you share it with or who follow you.
ArtRoll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by users, though we take active steps to moderate and remove content that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ArtRoll after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
